I thought I had canceled my subscription but it came out today anyway. I am trying to get live chat started and nothing I do pops it up. I would like to cancel and get a refund. Can anyone help me?

please can i cancel my order as it was amistake the order number is 18oo903 there took it out of my bank account and left with no money to buy food i want it back asp

Be careful! This company is so manipulate when it comes to reimburse. I am still waiting for a refund which was validate, confirmed, reconfirm about 3 months ago. They also hide alot of vital information on their main page about the billing.

You cannot try it for free of for a month. As soon as you subscribe you'll be charge for a year subscription!

fight till your satisfy, and if they don't hear you out, blast the internet media with the problem and see how fast their negative responds changes.

also keep a screen copy of the conversation and pass it on to your network friends also to your superiors if it's job related, meaning your company is paying for Adobe services but when it comes time to pull out they put you in a vice grip and giving you all kinds of excuses to reimburse your money and /or close the account. as you all may know we can even get a telephone number to reach them it's all through the net.%( . my company is now aware of this matter with screen proof at hand just incase they have similar problems but then again they aren't going to cry over nickels and dime when they run a million dollar industry.;)
