REFUND NEVER ISSUED

Long story short - I was billed erroneously for months after DC Acrobat trial subscription canceled, and at a much higher rate than Adobe advertises. Charged $19.99 instead of $14.99.... spoke with an agent who created the case below, assuring me I would be issued credit promptly in the amount of $59.98......5 months later - STILL no credit!

Spoke with agent who indicated that account remained open despite screenshot proof that trial was canceled before expiration. Agent promised credit of $59.98 and assured me that is would post in 3-5 business days.

Title: Cancel and Refund

Please issue my refund, I've patiently waited long enough. I truly wish to amicably resolve, but I am beyond frustrated with the lack of follow-through by Adobe. I'm sure this was a simple oversight, as I'm sure Adobe would not intentionally mislead a customer.
