Refund not processing?

I recently received a refund for my plan as I forgot to cancel it and currently do not have the funds to continue it at the moment. It is still pending in Paypal and I keep getting charged for the subscription, as I do not have enough money in my account to cover it I keep getting hit with $35 overdraft fees every three days. I do not have the money to keep throwing away to deal with this. Is there any way to either cancel the refund through paypal and do it through my bank account instead or get the pending status of the charge removed?
