Refund since this has so many fatal errors

Anyone know how to get a refund from these crooks at Adobe for a product that never worked and for not providing either refunds or adequate support to get the darn thing working to begin with?   If not, anyone know how/where to report them for fraudulent and misleading business practices?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
