Refunding through customer service
Recently purchased adobe illustrator through what was supposed to be month to month subscription. Turns out I was billed for one-year subscription and when I cancelled it charged me 50% of the remaining bill. Through three different chat sessions I was told it was processing for refund, but everytime I follow up the next service rep tells me it was not processed because it was cancelled on my end. Well duh, I want my money, but was told I would get a refund. Any suggestions?
