Refused to cancel without a penalty even though I want to keep my personal account? Can I just change my CC and end all this?
After a half an hour on the phone with two different representatives expressing my opinions and trying to consolidate an error made by an employee, Adobe was less than helpful in solving my issue. I currently have a personal account for photography and a Stock Image account. Neither employee was able to help me consolidate my plans. What happens if I just get issued a new credit card?
I really love adobe products but this customer service is ridiculous. To be told I will need to pay a cancellation fee of over $100 dollars for an account I haven't used once because I have a personal one.
Please make this easier to work with adobe! I feel trapped in a corner to have to order a new credit card with a new number because no one could solve my dilemma. One personal account for both stock and photography. Nothing more, nothing less.
