Register CS6 - serial number is already in use

Question

Is there anyway to RE-register CS6 with a new account ? Still have proof of the Box version of the upgrade CS6 but when tried to register it with an new adobe account, it says the serial number is already in use. ( forgot which account it was registered to )

Trying to install CS6 on a new computer but still have not deactivate it on the old computer yet until it is successfully installed on the new computer. Or is there anyway to find out which adobe account this product was registered to on the old computer, anyway to find out ?

(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience
