Registering Premiere Pro

I am being prevented from launching Adobe Encore by a prompt that comes up requiring a serial number for Premiere Pro.  I have purchased a license for Premiere Pro, but when I enter the license number into the prompt it returns the message that the serial number is invalid, probably because it was not previously registered.  Is there any way to register Premiere Pro so I can use Encore again?

If you previously purchased PrPro from Adobe, there should be a record of it in your Adobe account.

https://account.adobe.com/products

Encore came bundled with legacy PrPro installers.  It has since been discontinued.

Alternatives to discontinued Adobe Encore ~

  • Magix DVD Architect
  • CyberLink PowerDirector
  • Nero Video
  • DVD Flic
  • DVDStyler
  • Wondershare DVD Creator

Hope that helps.

an invalid serial number message has nothing to do with registration.  it's because you used the wrong number or wrong installation file.  ie, they both must match.

PPro with a serial number hasn't been sold since 2012... when did you buy yours?

Did you buy direct from Adobe or from someone/somewhere else?

Do you have a serial number that is 6 groups of 4 numbers?

My no longer used PPro CS6 that I bought May 2012 serial number begins with 1132
