Registration code doesn't fit.

I bought Ligtroom 5.4 at amazon via download. Download was sucessfull, also the installation. But now I am not able to enter the key for the registration (which I got from amazon) because it doesn't fit in the six boxes. What can I do?

Without actually showing the key, what does it resemble? If it happens to be 24 numbers then you enter 4 in each of the 6 boxes.
