Question

Registration code when adding new device

I need to add new device for Photoshop Eelements usage, 2nd licence. After installing PS I get message to enter registration code. What code and where do I get it?? I haven't received any code when initialy registering 9 yrs ago.

Assuming you registered your software at purchase, you may find the serial number online. Log-in to your Adobe Account below. 

https://account.adobe.com/products.

 

But a decade -old product is unlikely to be compatible with modern devices.  An update to modern software might be more prudent at this point.

    Do you have your serial number?

    Going all the way back to Elements version 4 my numbers have always been 6 groups of 4 numbers... no letters

        seen it already, doesn't help. It's actually funny to ask for a code when the code itself is an issue. 🙂

        A redemption code may only be used once.  Its purpose is to obtain the serial number which is necessary to activate the software.  

        Can you post a screenshot of the message?
