Registration off line

Hi all,
I work in French administration.
I'm not allowed to connect my computer to Internet.
So, is there any way to register and use Adbe CS 8 off line?

    There is no such product as Adbe CS 8.  Sorry.   Adobe discontinued Creative Suite 6 in 2017.

     

    • Modern Creative Cloud software requires Internet access to download, install and activate your software.  Please see the system requirements below.
      - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
    • Likewise the online services update software and access Cloud storage, Adobe Fonts, Spark, Portfolio and more all require Internet service.
    • So the answer to your question is no.  Subscribers must be online at least once in a while to use Creative Cloud.
