reinstall CC app on 2nd computer

I seem to be going in circles.

I have a photography subscription to CC that I use on my iMac and my Macbood Air.  I had to uninstall El Capitan and move back to Yosemite on my macbook air so that I could shoot tethered again.

Now that I'm back in Yosemite, how do I download the CC app so that I can use LR and PS again on my laptop.

I did not deactivate my account from the macbook before reformatting and installing the Yosemite OS.

How can I fix this?
