Reinstall CS4

Hello,

I am trying to reinstall CS4 Creative Suite for macOS and have been unable to deactivate it on my currently installed machine. It keeps saying it can not connect to Adobe. I have tried different DNS etc. to no avail. I have been told my current key may need a reset? 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

when you try to install it, what do you see?

if you see an excess activation count message, ask for an activation count reset from support.

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
