Reinstall cs4 design premium after computer crash

I had my cs4 installed on two computers. One crashed and all programs had to be reinstalled. I reinstalled cs4 and registered it successfully, but this would be my third and final install. But it's really a reinstall of the second; and I want to still have the ability to add it to a third computer. Last time this happened, customer service walked me through it; now they only give phone and chat support for CS5 and 6. What now?

    you are licensed for two concurrent installations/activations, not three.

    when you reinstalled on the same computer, that did not count as a new (ie, 3rd) install/activation.
