Reinstall CS6 production premium

Hi,

 

after the motherboard blew, I had it replaced, and there was an initial problem with CS6 which mostly cleared once I'd logged on (I guess my account said the licence was valid). However, Premiere persisted on quitting on startup. So, I have set about reinstalling CS6.

It now claims my serial is invalid (again). It isn't. Take that as read, I have the discs and the box here and I bought them. I have run the CC cleaner tool.

And now it's even worse at it comes up with a box saying installer failed to initialise.

t also says "please download Adobe support adviser to detect the problem"

When I do that it advises me to run the cleaner tool, which is what got me into this mess.

Please help, this is driving me around the bend!

Did you purchase it directly from Adobe?

It's legit and registered here on my accouint. I've been through all that before, it's legit.

Do you have TLS 1.2 enabled? Adobe servers apparently require this now.

Mac or Windows and exactly which operating system?
