Reinstall Lightroom 5 on a new computer

I have changed from computer. I had Lightroom 5 on a windows computer.

I want to install my bought version on the new mac book. I have downloaded the free 30 days trial version of Lightroom.

When i want to introduce my serienummer, adobe says i have a wrong serialnummer. Checked in My adobe, the code is the correct one.

Please can you help me? Thanks alot

you should have both a windows and mac serial number. you need to use the mac serial number.
