reinstall LR5 on a new laptop

Question

HelloI have a licence LR5 and, as I just have bought a new laptop, I would like to reinstall LR5 on my new laptop. If I go to the Adobe web site, only the CC version is available...How can I proceed to get a download  of LR5 ONLY and to reactivate it with my current key?
