Reinstallation

So last week, I tried moving my Adobe Elements 11 and Adobe Photoshop 11 from my C drive to my E drive and I deleted my old files as I thought I transferred them. I tried opening them but they wouldn't open. So I tried reinstalling the files off the site and that didn't work. Is there a way I can reinstall them? I had the full versions, not the trials.

you should have uninstalled, not delete your files.

you should properly install using the installation files, not transfer them.

your best hope at this point is to try to uninstall your pre-delete installation.  if that fails, install in your original folders (to restore the uninstaller) and then properly uninstall.

then clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

restart your computer.

re-install using the proper installer.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
