Hello,

I bought for 1 year a new Dell PC for my father and mother.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 was on the maschine, but without Recovery-CD or Download possibility.

After a crash from Windows 8 by updating to 8.1, I was unable to restore the PC and had to install it from 0.

I foud all, except the Photoshop and Dell support said me to contact Adobe, where the license should be archived. I haven't a licens number ... only PC Nr from Dell, purchasing bill and e-mail used to buy the PC.

How and where should I find help ?

Thank You for Your help (and sorry for my poor English)

i'm not sure anyone (other than dell) can help you.  typically they have a restore partition on your computer that allows you to restore you computer to the state it was in when dell shipped it to you.

you can try adobe support, but i would expect them to re-direct you to dell.  contact adobe support by clicking this link and then clicking 'still need help' as soon as it appears, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
