reinstallation help request

I spoke with our purchasing department who directed me to HiEd Inc, the dba UT Campus Computer Store. I was told by them that the end user would be the one that Adobe sends the emails to would have to go into licensing.adobe.com to retrieve the information needed to reinstall this product. We had one person in this office ordering all the Adobe products, therefore all of the emails from Adobe were sent to her, then she forwarded the email to the user that she purchased it for. She retired at the end of January and now we don’t have any way to access her account to retrieve the information needed. Would you please assist me with getting around this problem? I have attached the purchase invoice from HiEd, with Kathy’s name on it….but this was purchased for Dr. Peter Igarashi in the office where Kathy worked for 20 years. She forwarded the email to him upon receipt from Adobe. Please help me with working out this problem for a product we purchased.
