Hello. I just had to get my computer factory reset because I had a virus. They wiped all the programs that I had installed on my computer. How do I reinstall the programs?

    You install them the same way you did originally.  Since you have not identified which programs you need I can only provide a general download link. You will also need your serial number(s) to activate the new installations.  You might find the serial number info available in your Adobe account online if you registered the software when you originally installed it.

    If you cannot locate the programs you need thru the previous link then identify the specific versions of the specific programs and it is possible more direct links can be provided.

    If you happen to have installed the software another time then you will need to contact Adobe Support thru chat to ask them to reset your activations.
