Reinstalling Acrobat on a new Win8 64Bit PC

Hi all, looking for a little bit of guidance regarding reinstalling Acrobat on a new PC.

I bought Acrobat V10 for my son about 2x years ago for his WinXP 32bit PC which is now being replaced with a Win8 64bit PC. Do I just redownload the appropriate version and reregister with my existing serial number, or do I have to deregister/transfer the existing installation?

"My account" on the Adobe store doesn't seem to present varying options for the download (just the one 0.5gB file), does anyone know if the download contains both 32 and 64 bit versions?

    i think you need not to look for another installer , but make sure your new system meets the system requirements ...

    Also, one Serial Key allows you to install the product on 2 machines .. if you don't want to use the product on the Previous machine , please deactivate it .
