Reinstalling Acrobat XI Pro on another laptop but receive "Setup Interrupted" & will not install

"Setup Interrupted" - "The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (11.0.07) Could be completely installed"

I have a new laptop and wanted to move my Acrobat Pro. I deactivated Acrobat on my old laptop. I then downloaded the Acrobat XI Pro from the website. I disabled the malware protection and bitlocker.

I have tried installing a number of times.

It seems the installation is going well. The installation is almost complete - percentage to complete reaches 0 then there is a delay for approximately 30 seconds. Then the green line rolls back and the setup program de-installs all the files and give the message "Setup Interrupted ..."

    uninstall any acrobat/reader versions, if win run the cleaner, Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs, restart your computer and then try installing.
