Reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud

My laptop had to be wiped out and the Windows reinstalled.

I am now having to reinstall every software I had on it. However, Adobe Creative Cloud is only giving me the option to buy when I sign in to my account.

Does any one know how I can reinstall it and get back the apps I was using?
