  1. I have purchased Acrobat Reader XI less than two months ago and installed on my laptop however that one crashed last week so I had to acquire a brand new laptop. To reinstall Adobe Reader XI on my new laptop, I signed on my Adobe and I downloaded again Adobe Reader XI on my new laptop however the PDF Printer was not created and that was the main if not the only reason I had purchased the product in the first place. How can I have my license working on my new laptop?

Adobe Acrobat XI Standard, directly from the Acrobat website and I have paid US 299.00 Nov 28, 2013 so it definitely not free.
