I have a really old version of Elements (7) which I am trying to install onto a new laptop, but it is saying the serial number is invalid. I have the original packaging. I have tried online help & they have referred me here. Any suggestions please?

Thanks everyone, but I have managed to get hold of Adobe & they have advised that Photoshop Elements 7 is too old and no longer available and supported with Windows 10 64 Bit And Secondly Photoshop Elements 7 servers have been shut down.

So - it looks like I'll just have to go ahead & upgrade

thanks so much

You may buy an external drive on Amazon for about $20

Contact support again, and if they tell you to come here, insist on speaking with a supervisor.

Yes, my first point of call was Adobe support who were no help whatsoever & referred me here. I'll try them again. Thanks

Are you installing with the original disk that came in the package?

I can't use the disk, as the new laptop doesn't have a disk drive
