Reinstalling Creative Cloud

Hi there,

I am formatting my Mac and want to know if I can reinstall Creative Cloud Apps from scratch?

I know you're allowed two installs but this wont be a second install as I will be formatting the hard drive and reinstalling.

Is this a case of formatting the HDD and re-downloading or do I need to disassociate the current donwload in some way?

Thank you,

Darren.

Hi Dublin,

Before formatting the HDD, please launch any program installed from Creative Cloud and click on help and sign out.

This will deactivate your subscription from this machine which will allow you to activate it again.

Akshay

Hi Akshay,

Thanks for coming back to me.

I forgot to sign out of some apps and the Creative Cloud service.

Will this affect me?  The apps were spread across a few screens and I missed some now I see the list on adobe.com

Can you do a force sign out?

Darren.

Hi Darren,

You just need to sign out from one application and it deactivates the subscription from the machine completely.
