Reinstalling CS3 and CS5 to new laptop

I currently loaded CS3 and CS5 to my new laptop successfully, but when I try and load any CS3 product i.e. Photoshop, DreamWeaver, etc. it asks me to do an "upgrade check" and asks for the current product serial number (which I have) and the serial number of the previous version that I'm upgrading from (which I don't have and don't recall ever having). I've gone online to my Adobe ID profile and products that are registered and it only shows my CS5 serial number. How can I get past this step in the "upgrade check" screen so I can access my CS3 products?

Cherrind you will need to locate the qualifying serial number which will allow you to install CS3.  If the previous registered serial number is not available under your current account then please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.  Please be prepared to provide alternate e-mail addresses and phone numbers which the qualifying software title is registered under.
