I have Elements 14 on my 64 bit Mac desktop and would like to put it on my 64 bit Mac laptop. I purchased it in June 2016 and I have a record of the license key etc. When I go to the download page I am told that 'Access is Denied'. How can I get the download. I aim assuming that I am allowed to place this software on my two personal machine.

I would recommend you to try it in a different browser or machine please. Meanwhile we are looking in to the issue with the first link I have shared.
Bani, I managed to Download from the History Tag using Google Chrome on my desktop - thanks. Somewhat sad that a piece of software intended for a Mac can't be downloaded with Safari - oh well. So thanks for all the help
