Reinstalling my Creative Cloud Apps

My subscription for the Student CC was expired so I went ahead and renewed it for another month. but when trying to download it, it keeps saying I need to buy it again. And I tried to log out and log back in and deleted the app and reintalled it but its still not working. Can anyone help me figure out what to do?
