Reinstalling my Photoshop CS5 and light room.

I have the original Keys for my products that i purchased years ago.  A recent computer crash required the i re-install all of my software and i have now Adobe does not list my products as registered previouslyu with them and it is not recognizing my Photoshop CS5 key.  What the heck am i supposed to do??

    When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
