I just purchase photoshop element yesterday, program install, my laptop shut down and I lost photoshop elements, tried to reinstall nothing happen.

    Do you receive an error message when you try to open Photoshop Elements?  Which operating system are you using?  What have you tried so far to resolve your difficulties?
