I experienced a computer crash and I need to re install a pre-cloud version of CS6 that I have a volume license for. I have been unable to access the down load site to complete the re-install. Can you please help?

    Correct answer Robert Jaquess

    Bob J. volume license downloads are still available.  I would recommend contacting our support team directly to locate the account which contains your Creative Suite 6 license.  Please see Customer resources | Adobe Buying Programs which discusses locating orders as well as information to contact our support team directly.

    I do show a license for Photoshop CS6 under the account you utilized to post to this forum.  For information on how to locate your registered serial numbers please see Find your serial number quickly.

    Jeff;

    An update: I remembered that I had saved a backup copy of the Application

    Manager and CS6 source files to a Flash Drive. I copied these files to my

    C:// drive in a folder I named ADOBE PS SOURCE FILES; however, when I run

    the Application Manager it automatically updates to the Cloud Version and

    won't let me install CS6 without a Cloud subscription. I believe that I

    need to run the Application Manager to install CS6. Is this correct? BTW, I

    went to the links you provided but did not find what I think I need. I have

    the CS6 Serial Number so I just need to know how to install it.

    Moving this discussion to the Downloading, Installing, Setting Up forum.

    Robert Jaquess where are you downloading your volume license copy of Creative Suite 6 from?

    Jeff;

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    Prior to Adobe placing Photoshop CS6 in the Cloud, I purchased a volume

    license for CS6. The license provided me with instructions to go to Adobe

    site: http://licensingadobe.com/sap(BD1b. I successfully downloaded and

    installed CS6 on my desktop and as was suggested, I downloaded a backup

    copy on my laptop. The desktop is running Windows 7 64 bits and the laptop

    is running XP 32 bits(There is a valid reason that I maintain the XP

    operating system.) Yesterday I had a total system crash that resulted in a

    re-format of my C drive. I have a full version of Adobe Lightroom that I

    re-installed to provide for legacy. I then re-installed CS5 (I was

    processing some photos in CS6 when the crash happened and I will be able to

    complete my processing with CS5 until I can get CS6 back.) and attempted to

    re-install CS6 by going to the volume license site. However, there is only

    a listing for CS5, Adobe Reader, etc., but no CS6. After I sent a request

    for help on the forum, I found information on the internet that sated Adobe

    had terminated all volume licenses when they transitioned to the Cloud.I

    have the original unextracted uninstalled files for CS6 Application Manager

    and CS6 on the XP laptop. Can I make a copy of these backup files and

    install them on my desktop? If not, how can I obtain CS6 without having to

    subscribe to the Cloud?

    Thanks for your help and for any suggestions you may have;
