reinstalling serial number?

Question

I uninstalled my photoshop after an onging runtimme error which says 'Contact PS' who I can NEVER seem to find a number for...
Now I am trying to reinstall it but cannot find my serial number (note. My old one is invalid)
So, how can I find my new serial number, and will reinstalling it remove the runtime error?

Follow the steps listed below to obtain the correct SN from your Adobe account:Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (your email address) and password.On the next page click on My Products and Services.
