Reinstalling via disc, but lost the case. How can I find my serial number?

Do I have any options or is this just a major loss?  I share a cubicle working for the Federal government.  It is very difficult to purchase any non-standard software.  My cubicle mate must have thrown out the case sometime.  Now we updated to Windows 7 so I have to reinstall everything non-standard.  With no case, do I have options? They will not purchase it again. Please advise!

If you also like to know from where you can re-download your Adobe software then please

confirm the Product name and version first.

If you have registered the product already then please refer following post.

The product was not registered. Is there a way to look it up?
