Reinstalling via download Adobe 9 "file archive missing"

I uninstalled my Adobe Photoshop 9 to reinstall on my new PC via download on the adobe site (no CDROM drive). I downloaded what I was supposed to but cannot open file due to "The file archive part is missing. Need all parts of Adobe Photoshop in same folder to extract Adobe Photo Shop 9. Please install all parts." I downloaded both files 1 & 2 on download page. What can I do to fix problem or where do I go to finish the process?
