Reinstalling Windows 10?

So I am about to reinstall Windows 10, and there are a number of programs that I have with licensing that I am worried about not being able to put on my computer after I do so. I currently have the student discounting version of Adobe Creative Cloud installed on my computer. What steps do I need to take to remove Creative Cloud and the programs (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, etc...) from my computer in a manner that will allow me to reinstall them on the "new" computer? I know that in Sibelius specifically, I had to go in and "unlicense" it in the program itself, though I don't know how Adobe does it. Thanks in advance!
