Reloading Lightroom

I had to reload Lightroom on a new computer but now I suddenly get a message that the Develop module is deactivated and I need to renew my membership. I cannot find any way of contacting Adobe to find out what the problem is. Any help appreciated?

I have the same problem, cannot find how to uninstall creative cloud and when i open lightroom it does not give me the option to input my serial #....

uninstall lr and reinstall lr 5.7 using the link below.
