reloading photoshop cs6. Downloaded from Adobe site, used original key, installed and received "Adobe Genuine Software Verification Failure."

subject is installation failure and describes issue.  How do I rectify this or who do I call to get the software running?  To repeat, I downloaded Photoshop from the adobe CS6 suite website.
