I downloaded Premiere Pro 2022, and I can't install the premiere because
REMatchMulticamAE64.plugin” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
I had the same error message in Premier AE and Media Encoder V22.0 Installation

Google suggests this is a third party plugin. You need a plugin compatible with your system (eg big sur), contact the makers. This is not a fault, it's Apple's design.
