You can run the uninstaller for the Photoshop CS5 to remove it.

Windows :- Go to Add/Remove Programs and run the uninstall

Mac :- Go to Mac HD/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installer ad run the uninstaller.

However would like to inform that both PS CS5 and CS6 can co-exist.
