Removing CS4 Service Manager from iMac running Mojave

Hi,

 

I keep getting this warning message when I start up my iMac (see attached). I use the latest version of Adobe software via Creative Cloud and don't use CS4. I've tried uninstalling my CS4 software, but still get this message!

 

Any ideas how to sort this out?
