Removing old CS directories

I've just installed Adobe CS6 Master Collection and removed all my CS4 and CS5 programs. I notice that the following are left behind: in Program Files (x86) directory:

Adobe Device Central CS4

Adobe Extension Manager CS4

Also of question is installed programs:

Adobe Media Player (installed on 7/28/2011)

Adobe Widget Browser (Installed on 11/9/2011)

Can I safely remove these directories and programs without impacting my CS6 installation?

Thanks.

yes, you can remove those directories.

if your cs6 is an upgrade make sure you save your cs5 serial number.  when installing an upgrade on a computer that no longer contains the old version you will be prompted for the old version's serial number (after entering the upgrade serial number).

I forgot to mention that I already ran the cleaner tool (the CS5 Cleaner version - then chose to clean CS4 during the run process). It did not remove these directories.
