renew or restart after reseller plan expire

Hi, I want to stop a subscription of a creative cloud for team plan with a reseller by letting them expire then purchase a new cc team all app plan directly to Adobe.com. We have only 3 officer using Adobe products and didn't use any reseller support services.

Is that a correct way to do it?

Yes, let the reseller plan expire (use it 'til you lose it).  You can purchase all-apps subscriptions thru Adobe at any time.
