renew subscription

I was able to renew my subscription on my mobile app but it wont let me renew on my PC. It stays on the mail screen asking if i want to do the 7 day trial but i have already done that. Can i not have the same email linked to my PC account and my mobile phone account?

I have the same issues today. I'm a student. Accordin to my teacher, our university (UNIVERSIDAD DEL VALE DE MEXICO) is part of this. I need help ASAP , please 😞 . I have a lot of workto do and, since now I only have 3 days left.
