Renewal of a Free Photographer Plan

Good day!

I’ve ended my subscription to the Photographers Plan, which Adobe provided me for free last year. This year I also met all the conditions for a free renewal, uploading significantly more than 300 photos with a high level of approval. Tell me how to get an extension of the Plan?
