Hello, I wrong to renovate my creative cloud suite, because it appeard a 60 days free but I don't want to renovate for another year.

Please cancel and refund me.
I want to cancel the renewal and to have a complete refund because I don't use all the apps and 60 euro is too expensive for me.
I read that in 14 days there is a complete refund but I don't understand for a renewal.
The site and the information are not clear.
This appear not very honest.

    I canceled my creative cloud subscription but it appears that I have to pay 300 hundred euros. This is not correct, please make something.
