Renewed subscription , now not working :(

Hi, i renewed my subscription to creative cloud teacher and student edition and activated using the activation code. After waiting half a week i still get this message when trying to open programs.  I have already tried updating and installing /reinstalling and was wondering what else i can do as i have desperate work to complete !

Click on " Have a Different ID "  option and Sign in again with same Adobe ID  and check.
