Repeated Sign-In Requests in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (Student & Teacher Edition)

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 in der Student & Teacher Edition und habe das Programm ordnungsgemäß installiert. Die Aktivierung mit dem Produktschlüssel verlief problemlos.

Beim Start des Programms erscheint jedoch jedes Mal das Fenster „Anmeldung erforderlich“. Ich klicke auf „Jetzt anmelden“, scanne den QR-Code und melde mich erfolgreich an. Anschließend erhalte ich die Bestätigung „You're signed in. You can now close this window and get back to where you left off.“ Das Anmeldefenster schließt sich, aber sobald ich Acrobat neu starte, werde ich erneut zur Anmeldung aufgefordert.

Ich befinde mich dadurch in einer Endlosschleife und kann das Programm nicht dauerhaft nutzen. Hat jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Anmeldung dauerhaft zu speichern?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 (Student & Teacher Edition) and installed it properly. The activation with my product key was successful.

However, every time I start the program, I get the "Sign-In Required" prompt. I click "Sign in now", scan the QR code, and successfully log in. I then receive the confirmation message: "You're signed in. You can now close this window and get back to where you left off." The login window closes, but as soon as I restart Acrobat, I am prompted to sign in again.

This creates an endless loop, preventing me from using the program properly. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue? Is there a way to save the login permanently?
