Repeated using Credit Card problem these days!?

Hello guys, does anyone hav the same situation, like having creative cloud pay the bill every month. Mine plan always pay around 14th, but 2 days ago(23rd) my bank notice me I pay for the Adobe software again. I connect Adobe this avo, they reply some ppl hav same problem too. Did anyone get solved? Best,

I already connect Adobe as I said, and did I ask anyone help me with this???

All I ask is anyone face the same problem and if they r what hav been solved.......
